We believe that when choosing a Labomed brand product, our customers should be able to rely on carefree use. Understandably, issues may arise unexpectedly, making it so vital to us that our customers can look to us for a quick and efficient resolution to any concerns.
All Labomed brand microscopes and accessories are covered by comprehensive warranty for any and all possible manufacturing concerns. We know how important the reliability of your microscope is to you, which is why everything coming out of our factories is comprehensively tested for strict quality standard adherence. With over 75 years in the business of manufacturing and supporting microscopes and accessories, our group has mastered the art of consistency. We provide comprehensive service support, with an extensive network of global channel partners that provide factory trained in-field service and support, post sale. This includes support for any Labomed parts and accessories, should any issue or concern arise.

All microscopes were tested before shipment and were found to be working according to manufacturer specifications.
Warranty Terms
Warranty of Labomed microscopes extends to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable under any circumstance.
Warranty Duration
Your Labomed microscope is warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period to be shared by your local sales rep.
Warranty Coverage
Any Labomed microscope or accessory defect will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, on an instrument which under normal conditions of use and service proves to be defective in material or workmanship. No charge will be assessed for labor or parts with respect to defects covered under this warranty, provided that a Labomed Authorized Service Representative performs the work. This warranty does not cover expenses incurred in the removal or reinstallation of any instrument(s), whether or not proven defective. Replacement or repairs furnished under this warranty are subject to the same terms and conditions of the original warranty.
Guarantee of Conformity
The seller guarantees its products comply with international quality standards
and are in new and working condition at the time of shipment. Labo America, Inc. is an ISO 9001 certified company, and all Labomed microscopes carry both UL and CE safety conformity marks. Labomed manufacturing facilities hold ISO13485 and ISO 9001 marks, certifying excellence in manufacturing, quality control, and operational practices.
